Elie and his staff make you feel comfortable from day 1 and help you understand your body and how it works in order to obtain the results you want. He helps develop an eating plan and answers any questions you may have in regards to fitness or nutrition. One thing that is really helpful is when I don’t know what I can eat at a restaurant I know I can just reach out to Elie and he will help me choose something that won’t set me back from reaching my goals. I first met Elie in November of 2011- what drew me to him was a picture of a mutual friend that has been training with Elie- I couldn’t believe how good he looked and he told me he owed it all to Elie and I should get my ass in there right away- I went over to see Elie that day, and that day was the beginning of the rest of my life!
