My entire life I have been very active in playing sports and being a competitive dancer. Once I no longer could do those, I found my love for the gym and seeing how much I could push myself in an entirely new way. Training others lets me combine my experience as a biologist and love for exercise to help others. In my opinion, working out is the best thing you can do for yourself, not only physically, but mentally. Seeing the difference the Merhi Method has had on my body has given me more confidence and self-esteem and my goal is to help others achieve that also.
