Ingredients
- 10 egg whites (1 cup egg whites)
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped red and green peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped white onions
- pinch of mrs.dash seasoning
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray muffin tray with EVO spray or any non stick cooking spray
place vegetables evenly into muffin tray
pour whites over vegetables
cook for 10-15 minutes
let cool for about 10 mins before eating
