My name is Enmanuel Aka “Manny”.  I’ve been an Elite trainer for 4 years and also working out for 12 years and also compete in bodybuilding as a hobby as a result of loving the sport. I went to college to study exercise and science. I joined the Elite Fitness team to share my passion and knowledge with people and to show them that being healthy doesn’t have to be boring.

Traveled as a manager and representative to over 20 countries with Professional bodybuilders like kai Greene, Victor Martinez, John de la Rosa , Marco Rivera, Brian Shaw, Fabricio Werdum and many others . Doing stage presentation about the Human body and funtions, Sport nutrition and supplements, training methods and others. Teaching and guiding thousands of people. All this years of walking the walk and leading so many others have given me the power and ability to help this New Generation and others , My 42 years of experience is the powerful knowledge I carry for the rest of my life.
